A Little Bit About Me
Since 2002, I have been working in my own private practice in Plano, Texas. In my practice, I focus on helping people with eating disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, & depression. I am constantly looking for cutting-edge treatment approaches, and this has led me to seek additional training in Emotional Transformation Therapy & Psychodrama. Research shows these types of brain-based neurological techniques promote deeper healing and more rapid results.
My next journey is taking me to corporate intensives.

What to expect from working with me...
I believe everyone has the capacity to change. I think we can all create the life each of us desires. I have been known for taking a more active approach, which includes plenty of laughs along the way. I also understand each person needs to go at their own pace. I find providing a calm, secure environment is crucial for building trust. In sessions, I strive to build that trust and help guide clients to achieve their desires and dreams. It is very important to uncover the true self, no matter where one is in life. I am so grateful to have witnessed first-hand the joy of clients achieving goals and self development they never thought possible.
As every therapist will tell you, healing involves discomfort. But so does refusing to heal. And over time refusing to heal is always more painful.
